No. Vitamin D3 in this formula is cholecalciferol, sourced from lanolin (sheep wool). It's the most bioactive D3 source — superior to plant-based D2 (ergocalciferol) in raising blood D levels. We chose it for efficacy. If you need a fully vegan strip, our other formulas (Probiotic, Appetite Balance, Cognitive Relax, Mushroom Focus) are vegan-friendly.

No — and any bone supplement that promises you will is lying. D3 and K2 build over weeks. Most blood-level studies measure changes at 8 weeks, with bone-mineral changes measured over 6–12 months. Consistency is the multiplier. Take one strip a day, every day, and trust the research.

It's 250% of the Daily Value (800 IU). The Tolerable Upper Intake Level for D3 is 4000 IU/day for adults — 2000 IU is well within safe range and falls in the dose range used in most clinical bone-health research. If you take other D3 supplements (in a multivitamin or standalone), check your total daily intake.

Yes — but check your multivitamin's D3 dose. Many already contain 1000–2000 IU of D3, which combined with this strip could exceed the upper safe limit. If your multivitamin already has D3, talk to your doctor about whether you need additional supplementation.

Possibly. Vitamin K2 plays a role in blood clotting. If you take warfarin (Coumadin) or other anticoagulant medications, talk to your doctor before starting any K-containing supplement — including ours. K2 doesn't necessarily disqualify you from supplementation, but your doctor needs to manage the dosing alongside your medication.
