Shipping questions, answered.

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in 3–7 business days after that. International varies by destination. The exact estimate shows up on your order confirmation email.

I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Check your spam / promotions folder first. If it's not there, the address you used at checkout might have a typo. Reach out to support with the name and approximate date and we'll resend.

I need to change my shipping address.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us within 4 hours of placing it and we'll update the address. Once it's shipped we can't intercept it — you'll need to redirect via the carrier's site.

My package says delivered but I don't have it.

Check with neighbors and household members first; carriers occasionally mark items "delivered" early. If 24 hours pass without it showing up, file a claim with the carrier (their tools work better than ours), then message us — we'll work with you.

My tin arrived damaged.

That's on us. Send a photo of the damage to support and we'll ship a replacement on the next outbound, no need to return the original.

How do I cancel a subscription delivery?
