    How to take one

    1. Open the tin Take one out with dry hands. The film picks up moisture.
    2. Place it on your tongue Put it on your tongue and close your mouth.
    3. Let it dissolve Gone in under a minute. No water, nothing to swallow.
See what is printed on the tin

    What is on the label

Fifty milligrams of caffeine, which is about half a cup of drip coffee, with thirty of L-theanine beside it. Both figures are on the tin.

There is no can to finish and no powder to stir. Put one on your tongue, and about thirty seconds later it has dissolved.

    The long version

Almost everyone who buys this already drinks coffee. It is built for the hour at about three in the afternoon, when another coffee would cost you the evening and a cold can of something sweet was never what you wanted.

The caffeine figure on this panel is deliberately unimpressive, and it is the one we would defend hardest. If you drink three cups before noon, one of these will not stand in for one of them, and we would rather you read that here than work it out on a Tuesday. The L-theanine sits beside it because the two occur together in a tea leaf and we saw no reason to separate them; what that pairing does is not something anyone has measured for us, so it is not something this page will describe.

The percentage beside vitamin B12 has five digits in front of the decimal point and it is not a misprint. The Daily Value for B12 is 2.4 micrograms, so a thousand micrograms is a very large multiple of a very small number. It is arithmetic, not strength.

    • Caffeine (green tea) 50 mg

The compound green tea and coffee both contain, taken here from green tea.

    • L-Theanine 30 mg

An amino acid that occurs naturally in tea leaves.

    • Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1000 mcg

One of the eight B vitamins. The panel row says vitamin B12; the label's ingredient line names the methylcobalamin form.

      What a batch certificate is

A certificate of analysis is a laboratory's report on one batch: what the label claims, what was measured, and the range it had to fall inside. It covers that batch and no other, which is why the lot code matters. We publish the numbers, not the certificate. The issuer forbids partial reproduction. The disintegration row is one of those laboratory measurements, taken against the specification the certificate states. It is not a reading taken in anyone's mouth: what a strip does on a tongue is the separate thing, and that is the one we describe as about 30 seconds.

Lot KUNJ2501, tested by the manufacturer's laboratory. Caffeine measured 102.9% of its label claim and L-theanine 105.6%, both inside a stated band of 90.0% to 110.0%. Vitamin B12 measured 101.6% against a specification of not less than 90.0% of the label claim, with no upper limit.

      Questions people actually ask

      How do I take one?
Put a strip on your tongue and go back to whatever you were doing. It dissolves in about thirty seconds. No water, nothing to swallow.
      How much caffeine is that?
Fifty milligrams, from green tea extract. Roughly half a cup of drip coffee. The figure is printed on the tin and on the panel above.
      Can I take two?
One strip is one serving, and the panel above is written for one. What is right for you is a conversation with your doctor, not with us.

I have been taking these energy strips for a few weeks now, I love the idea of just popping a strip in my mouth and gaining energy. I much prefer a strip over an entire energy drink.
The flavor of the strips is great, I know it’s supposed to be a cranberry flavor, but for some reason I get a hint of cinnamon or spice in them which I like. The strips melt pretty quick, I do notice them sticking to the roof of my mouth often, but since they melt quickly it’s not a problem.
One thing I’m not a huge fan of is that the flavor of the strips really seem to linger in my mouth for awhile afterwards, so you definitely don’t want to take one right before eating.
I don’t really get a great increase in energy. I was hoping to feel it, but unfortunately I haven’t. I do feel like I get a little bit of a clarity boost from these strips though, which is great!
I love that the strips come individually wrapped in the tin, it’s clean and compact enough to throw in your pocket or a small bag.
Overall, these strips are definitely worth giving a try, I could just be an odd ball they don’t work well for. They’re a great idea and at very least you may just get a nice boost in clarity!!

Helped clear up brain fog. Really good for focus and energy. I personally used it as a pre-workout. Just crushed another killer workout thanks to my go-to secret: Xyne Vitamin Energy Strips! These little strips deliver clean, jitter-free energy and laser-sharp focus that actually lasts. Within minutes I feel the boost — steady motivation, no crash, and zero stomach issues.
I always pop one 15-20 minutes pre-workout because it helps me stay locked in from the first set to the final rep. Whether I’m hitting heavy lifts or crushing a HIIT session, Xyne keeps my energy consistent and my mind dialed in.
The flavor is fantastic — refreshing, light, and genuinely enjoyable with no weird aftertaste like so many other supplements. It feels like a treat that actually works.

      This one, on camera.

Clips from people we sent this tin to. They are showing a format, not a result.

      • A student holds up the Energy Strips tin, walks across campus, then places a strip on her tongue
      • A creator in a car holds the Energy Strips tin, takes a strip, then shows a handful of cranberry sachets
      • A creator holds the Energy Strips tin up to the camera and talks about a late night
      • A creator trains on a bench press in a home gym, then holds up the Energy Strips tin

Every creator shown received a free tin from XYNE. Some also earn a commission on sales.

Built around a day. Not a round number.

We grouped tins by when someone might reach for one. Every pick is argued from what is printed on that tin, and every bundle says what we left out.

These are our picks, not a protocol. Grouping tins changes nothing about what is in them, and we are not claiming a bundle does anything. We are also too new to know what anyone else buys, so nothing here is ranked.

Energy, Sleep and Cognitive Relax each show up in more than one of these. Two of these days start early and have to end, and the tin with no caffeine in it suits two of the three people. We would rather repeat a tin than invent a difference that is not in it.

Every total above is the tins added up at list price. There is no bundle discount, because there is no bundle discount at checkout either, and a saving we cannot honour is worse than none. Subscribe & Save sits on each tin's own page.

In the same bundle as this one

Energy Strips is in “A long day of classes” and “A long day in the sun”. These are the other tins in them.

These are our own shortlists from further up this page, not a purchase pattern. We are too new to know what anyone buys together, so nothing here is ranked and nothing is cheaper for being bought at the same time.
