Express orders placed by 5:00 pm Central, Monday to Friday (not US federal holidays), are processed the same day and ship the next business day. Economy shows its delivery estimate at checkout. Yes, if you will write about it honestly. We send a full tin in exchange for a review, approved case by case, and every review that comes out of it says the product was free. What we never do is ask for a good one, or pull one down because it was not.

A pullulan film, the actives, and the few things that make a film hold its shape and taste of something: cellulose, a flavor, stevia, and mannitol on four of them. Every one of those is printed on the tin. A label that leaves some off is not worth reading.

Beauty + Collagen uses animal collagen, and the manufacturer has not told us which animal. Intimate Vitality contains oyster peptide. Intimate Vitality contains oyster peptide. That is a shellfish allergen, and it is stated on the tin and on the product page above the buy button, where somebody deciding whether to order will actually see it. If shellfish is a problem for you, that formula is not for you.

No. These are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If something is wrong, the conversation to have is with a doctor.

Take the amount printed on the tin. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a condition, speak to a doctor before starting anything new, this included.

Keep every tin out of reach of children. Iron especially: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. If a child swallows any, call a doctor or a poison control center straight away.

No. Every active on all eleven tins carries its own amount on the label. A blend that hides the amounts is a way of not telling you how little is in there.

From your account, any time before the next order is created. Skip an order, change the next date or cancel, all online. Nobody has to email us for permission, though we will do it for you if you would rather.

Each formula is its own subscription. To switch, cancel the one you have and start the one you want, or email us and we will move it across for you.

Thirty days from delivery. An unopened tin comes back for a full refund. Email us the order number first and we reply with return instructions.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with the order number and a photo. A wrong item, a missing item or a tin damaged in transit is covered on every order: we replace it or refund it, whichever you would rather, and we do not ask you to post the damaged one back. Damage the carrier will not accept a claim for is covered when the order has full cover (Shipping Protection or a covered shipping rate).

An opened tin is a dietary supplement and cannot be resold, so it is not refunded for a change of mind. Something wrong with the tin itself? Tell us and we will put it right. And if you simply did not like the flavor, we would still like to hear which one it was.

We refund the card you paid with as soon as your return reaches us, and email you when we do. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Not yet. There is no trade price list and no minimum order, because there is no program to put them in. If you run a shop, a studio or a clinic and you want to stock the strips, tell us about the shop, or write to inquireall@xyne.health.

Not today. If that changes it gets announced here first. What we will not do in the meantime is let somebody else write claims about our formulas that we would not put on our own label.

Designed in the USA and manufactured at a cGMP-certified facility that specializes in pullulan oral films. We do not publish more than that about the supply chain, and we are not going to invent a flag to put on the tin.
