How long does shipping take?

Most US orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in 3–7 business days after that. Your order confirmation email shows the exact estimate. International shipping varies by destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries. Available destinations and rates show at checkout once you enter your address. International transit times vary from 7–21 business days depending on customs in your country.

How does free shipping work?

Free standard shipping on US orders over $150. The progress bar in your cart tells you how close you are. Subscribe & Save orders ship free regardless of cart total.

My package says delivered but I don't have it.

Check with neighbors and household members first — carriers occasionally mark items "delivered" early. If 24 hours pass without it showing up, file a claim with the carrier (their tools work better than ours), then message us and we'll work with you.

My tin arrived damaged.

That's on us. Send a photo of the damage to support and we'll ship a replacement on the next outbound — no need to return the original. We'd rather send you a fresh tin than make you mail something back.

I need to change my shipping address.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us within 4 hours of placing it and we'll update the address. Once it's shipped we can't intercept it — you'll need to redirect via the carrier's site (USPS Hold for Pickup, UPS My Choice, etc.).

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link via email the moment your order ships. You can also visit our track-order page or sign in to your account for a direct link.

Which carriers do you use?

USPS for most US orders. UPS for some larger orders. International orders go via DHL or USPS depending on destination. The carrier on your tracking link is the one you'll get.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Pick a delivery cadence at checkout (typically every 30 days). You get a discount on every recurring order, free shipping always, and full control — skip a delivery, swap formulas, or cancel anytime in your account. No phone calls, no fine print, no commitment.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. Sign in, go to your subscriptions, and tap "Skip next delivery" anytime before the charge date. Skipped deliveries push your next ship date out by one cycle — no charge, no commitment.

Can I swap formulas mid-subscription?

Yes — swap your subscribed formula at any time from your account. The new formula ships on your existing cadence at the subscriber price. Useful if your needs shift seasonally.

Can I cancel anytime — for real?

Yes. One click in your account, no "chat with retention," no four-step cancellation form. Whatever's already shipped stays yours. The next cycle just doesn't process.

When will I be charged?

You're charged on the cadence you picked — usually 30 days from your last shipment. We send a reminder email 3 days before each charge so you can skip if needed.

How do I update my payment or shipping address?

Sign in and visit your subscriptions. You can update billing info, swap shipping addresses, or change card details — all from the customer portal. No support ticket needed.

What happens if you're out of stock when my subscription renews?

We pause your renewal automatically and email you. As soon as we restock, we'll ask if you want to resume — no charge until you confirm. Your discount stays locked in even if there's a price change in the interim.

Are XYNE strips vegan, gluten-free, and halal?

Yes — every formula is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, lactose-free, halal, non-GMO, and made without fillers. The strip base is pullulan, a plant-derived polysaccharide. No gelatin, no animal byproducts, no cheap shortcuts.

What's the strip itself made of?

Pullulan — a clear, plant-based film derived from natural polysaccharides via fermentation. It dissolves quickly on contact with saliva. Pullulan is the same material used in some pharmaceutical capsules and is GRAS-classified by the FDA. More on pullulan →

How much caffeine is in each Energy strip?

The exact mg per strip is shown in the safety panel on the Energy product page. Caffeine is sourced from green tea and paired 1:1 with L-Theanine to smooth the response and reduce jitters. Don't exceed one strip per day, and keep your total caffeine intake from all sources under 400mg per day (FDA general guidance for healthy adults).

Are they safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a known medical condition, talk to your doctor before using any dietary supplement — including ours. We can't substitute for personalized medical guidance.

Will this interact with my medications?

Possibly. Curcumin can interact with blood thinners. Andrographis affects blood pressure meds and immunosuppressants. Chromium can affect diabetes medication. If you take prescription medication, talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement — including ours.

How does the probiotic survive without refrigeration?

Two reasons: (1) Sublingual delivery skips the harsh stomach-acid bath that kills most oral probiotics. (2) The pullulan strip protects the Bifidobacterium lactis through manufacturing and shipping. The tin is shelf-stable in a cool, dry place.

Is 75mcg of Chromium a lot?

It's 214% of the Daily Value (35mcg). The Tolerable Upper Intake Level for chromium is much higher; 75mcg is well within safe daily range for healthy adults. NIH Office of Dietary Supplements →

Why don't you use proprietary blends?

Because "Energy Complex 250mg" tells you nothing about how much of each ingredient you're getting. Proprietary blends let brands hide rock-bottom doses behind pretty names. We list every ingredient with its exact dose so you can compare against peer-reviewed research yourself.

How do you decide on the doses?

Each active ingredient is dosed in the range used in peer-reviewed studies — not the rock-bottom amount that lets us list it on the label, not the megadose that creates side effects. Visit our ingredients page for the research links behind every dose.

Strips & Usage

How do I take a strip?

Place a strip on your tongue. The pullulan film starts dissolving immediately. Wait about 30 seconds for it to fully dissolve into your saliva. The active ingredients absorb sublingually — bypassing stomach acid and digestion entirely. No water, no chewing, no swallowing required.

Do I need water?

No. That's the whole point. Place the strip on your tongue and let it dissolve. No glass, no shaker, no schedule disruption.

How long until I feel it?

Sublingual absorption begins on contact and reaches full effect in about 30 seconds. Compare that to a pill or gummy (30–60 min through your stomach) or a powder shake (similar timing, plus the cleanup). Probiotics work over weeks, not minutes — be consistent for at least 30 days before forming an opinion.

Why one strip per day?

Each formula is dosed for a daily wellness routine. One strip delivers the dose used in the research on these ingredients. Two strips means two doses, which we don't recommend without medical guidance — especially for caffeine, chromium, and probiotic strips.

Can I take more than one per day?

Don't exceed the recommended dose. Each label specifies a maximum of one strip per 24 hours. For caffeine specifically, keep your total caffeine intake under 400mg/day from all sources (per FDA general guidance for healthy adults).

Can I cut a strip in half?

Technically yes, but the dose isn't designed to be split — half a strip won't deliver half the effect. The active ingredients aren't perfectly evenly distributed across the strip. If you want a smaller dose, take a full strip every other day instead.

How do I store the strips?

Cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and humid bathrooms. Don't open the safety seal until you're ready to use the strips. Once opened, the tin's resealing magnet keeps the rest fresh. No refrigeration required.

Can I take them on a plane?

Yes. The tin is small, dry, and TSA-friendly — no liquids, no powders. Drop it in your carry-on. International travelers: pack the tin in your checked bag if you're worried about supplement-import scrutiny in your destination country.

What do they taste like?

Each formula has a real flavor, sweetened with stevia and erythritol — no added sugar. Energy is cranberry. Hangover is mango-orange. Probiotic and Appetite Balance are mixed berry. Light, real fruit notes — not artificial.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery to request a return. The window applies to all orders, including subscriptions. Three outcomes depending on the tin's state: unopened → full refund. Opened and contaminated (foreign matter, mold, off-smell, manufacturing defect) → partial refund. Damaged in transit → refund or replacement, your call. Can I return an opened tin?

Yes — but only as a partial refund, and only if the tin is contaminated (foreign matter, mold, off-smell, manufacturing defect). Once the safety seal is broken we can't resell the strips, so a full refund isn't possible — but if something was wrong with the product itself, message us with a photo and we'll issue the partial refund. If the tin is opened just because you didn't like the taste or formula, the strict policy doesn't cover it — but reach out anyway, we'll work with you.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive the returned tin, refunds process within 3 business days. Your bank then takes 5–10 additional business days to post it back to your card. International refunds can take longer depending on payment method.

How do international returns work?

Same 30-day window applies, but you cover return shipping. Customs duties and import fees aren't refunded by us — those are paid to your country's government, not Xyne. Reach out for a return label.

Can I exchange for a different formula?

Yes — within the 30-day window, on unopened tins. Tell us which formula you'd prefer and we'll send a return label, then ship the replacement. Faster path: keep the original, take the strip quiz to find the right next formula, and order it on Subscribe & Save for the discount.

Can I refund a subscription order?

Yes — the 30-day return policy applies to subscription orders too (full refund unopened, partial if opened and contaminated). If you forgot to skip a delivery, message us within 24 hours of the charge and we can usually catch it before it ships.

What if I just don't like the taste?

Reach out and we'll work with you. We'd rather have honest feedback than a customer who silently regrets the order. The strict policy is unopened tins only for full refund — but if a tin is opened and the issue is the formula or flavor (not contamination), tell us anyway. We can usually find something fair, like swapping you to a different formula on a future order.

How do I sign in?

Click the person icon in the header, or visit /account/login. Enter the email you used at checkout. If it's your first time signing in, click "Reset password" to set one — many guest customers don't realize they automatically have an account tied to their email.

How do I reset my password?

Visit /account/login and click "Forgot password?" — we'll email you a reset link. The link expires in 24 hours; if you miss it, just request another.

I never got a confirmation email after my order.

Check spam / promotions first. If it's still not there, the email at checkout might have a typo. Message support with the name and approximate order date and we'll resend.

Can I check out as a guest?

Yes. You don't need an account to place an order. After checkout you'll get a confirmation email with the order status link — that's how you'll find tracking later. To track multiple orders or manage subscriptions, you'll want to create or sign into an account.

How do I change the email on my account?

Sign in and visit your account settings. If you're trying to merge two accounts because you ordered under two emails, message support — we can manually combine them.

How do I delete my account?

Email support with the email address tied to your account and the words "data deletion request." We'll process within 30 days per applicable data law. Note: we have to retain limited order data for tax + accounting compliance — the rest gets deleted.

Where do I see my order history?

Sign in and visit your account dashboard. Your last 5 orders show on the overview, and the full history is one click away.

How do I become a retail partner?

We work with select wellness retailers, gyms, hotels, and concept stores. Email support with subject "Wholesale" and tell us about your store, location, and target customer. We respond to every inquiry within a week.

What are the minimum order quantities?

MOQs vary based on the retailer relationship. We don't publish them publicly because they shift with our manufacturing capacity. Reach out and we'll share current terms.

Can I order in bulk for a corporate event or hotel?

Yes — corporate gifting, events, and hospitality orders are all welcome. Custom tin labeling is sometimes possible (depends on order size). Reach out with quantity, timeline, and any branding needs.

Do you have an affiliate or ambassador program?

We're building one. Email support with subject "Affiliate" and your audience details (platform, follower count, content niche) and we'll add you to the early list when it launches.

Can I quote your founder for a story?

Yes — interview requests for editorial coverage usually get a same-week response. Email support with subject "Press" and your story angle, deadline, and outlet. We don't pay for placements.

Do you have a brand kit / press assets?

Logo files, product photography, and brand guidelines are available on request. Email support with subject "Brand assets" and what you're working on. Don't pull product images from the storefront — those are sized for web, not print.
