Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: May 28, 2026

Our commitment

Xyne Health is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance standard

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced in the U.S. Department of Justice's 2024 Title II rule and is widely adopted as the de facto standard for commercial websites under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Our most recent internal accessibility audit was conducted on May 28, 2026. The audit covered every redesigned section, snippet, and template across the storefront. Findings: zero critical, zero major, and three minor issues — all three have been remediated.

Assistive technology compatibility

Our storefront is tested for compatibility with:

  • VoiceOver (macOS and iOS)
  • NVDA (Windows)
  • TalkBack (Android)
  • JAWS (Windows)
  • Keyboard-only navigation in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
  • 200% browser zoom
  • The system-level prefers-reduced-motion preference

What we've built in

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
  • Skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page
  • Visible focus outlines on every interactive element
  • Text colors that meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components)
  • aria-label on every icon-only button
  • Form inputs paired with explicit <label> elements
  • Modal dialogs with Escape-to-close, focus restoration, and Tab focus trapping
  • Decorative images marked aria-hidden="true" so screen readers skip them
  • Language declaration on every page

Known limitations

Some third-party widgets — including our reviews widget (Judge.me), email/SMS popups (Omnisend), and the Shopify checkout — are maintained by external vendors. We monitor those vendors' accessibility postures and report issues when we find them, but we cannot independently fix code we don't control. All three vendors publicly commit to WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please tell us. We treat accessibility complaints as a top priority and aim to respond within 5 business days.

How to report an accessibility barrier

Email us at support@xyne.health with the subject line "Accessibility feedback". Include:

  • The URL of the page you were on
  • The browser, operating system, and assistive technology you were using
  • A description of the issue and what you were trying to do

We'll acknowledge your report within 5 business days and let you know what we're doing to address it.

Ongoing maintenance

Accessibility is not a one-time fix. We re-audit the storefront quarterly and after any major redesign. New sections must pass our internal accessibility checklist before they go live: semantic markup, keyboard reachability, label associations, contrast compliance, and screen-reader testing.

Legal posture

This statement is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of legal compliance in any jurisdiction. Accessibility law varies by country and is evolving. If you are an accessibility researcher, lawyer, or auditor with concerns about a specific compliance question, please reach out at the email above and we will engage in good faith.
