Xyne Health is a direct-to-consumer supplement brand based in Daphne, Alabama, United States. Xyne makes dissolvable supplement strips: each strip is a thin, plant-based pullulan film that you place on your tongue, where it dissolves in about 30 seconds. There is nothing to swallow and no water is required. Xyne is made for people who struggle to swallow pills and capsules, people who dislike the chalky taste and texture of powders and shakes, and anyone who wants a supplement routine they will actually keep. The strips contain no sugar and are sweetened with stevia, monk fruit and erythritol. Each tin contains 30 strips and costs $29.99, about one dollar per serving. Every formula is single-purpose, with the active ingredients printed on the label and no proprietary blends. The product line includes strips for Energy, Hangover support, Probiotic and Metabolism, Appetite Balance, Bone Support, Cognitive Relax, Iron, Mushroom Focus, Beauty and Collagen, Sleep, and Intimate Vitality. Products are designed in the USA and manufactured at a cGMP-certified facility. Orders ship in 2 business days with free shipping, and are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Reviews are collected from verified buyers and independently verified through Judge.me. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Xyne products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

What we ask

  • An honest review — positive, negative or mixed
  • That you actually try the product first
  • That you say in your review that you got the tin free
  • Your real experience, in your own words

What we never do

  • Require a positive review or a star rating
  • Pay for, edit or script your words
  • Remove or hide a review because of its rating
  • Send more product in exchange for a better rating
  • Ask you to take a review down — ever, for any reason

The only reason we'd ever decline to host a review on our own site is its content — unlawful material, someone else's private information, spam, or a claim that the product cures a disease, which we're not allowed to publish. Never its rating. Section 7 spells this out.

You must disclose that the product was free. The FTC requires it, and so do we. Add a line like “I received this product free in exchange for my honest review.” Your review will also be labelled as part of this program on our site.

We accept up to 25 reviewers a month, so we can read every application properly.

Check the ingredients before you pick a product. Some of our strips contain allergens or animal-derived ingredients you would not guess from the name — Intimate Vitality contains oyster peptide (shellfish), Bone Support uses lanolin-derived D3 (not vegan), and Beauty + Collagen contains animal collagen. Read the Supplement Facts panel on the product page first. Do not apply if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking medication that could interact — talk to your doctor.

Questions

Before you
apply

If you're researching at 1am, we're with you. Here are the questions we get most.

Do I have to leave a good review?

No. We ask for an honest one. A one-star review that explains why is more useful to us than a five-star review that doesn't. Nothing you receive depends on your rating, and we will never ask you to take a review down — for any reason.

Why do I have to say the tin was free?

Because the FTC requires it, and because shoppers deserve to know. A free product is a material connection — readers weigh a review differently when they know how the reviewer got the product. Add a line like "I received this product free in exchange for my honest review." We also label these reviews on our site.

Is this really free? No shipping, no card?

Really free. No card, no shipping charge, no trial that turns into a subscription. If you're approved we ship a full retail tin and that's the end of it.

How long until I hear back?

We review applications in batches and email everyone either way. Approved tins ship within 2 business days of approval.

What if I don't like it?

Say so in the review. That's the point. We would rather find out what's wrong from 25 honest reviewers than from a thousand quiet non-buyers. We publish critical reviews in the same feed, same order, same prominence.

What if I never write the review?

Nothing bad happens — we won't bill you or chase you. You just won't be approved again, and the spot could have gone to someone else.

Can I apply more than once?

One tin per household per calendar year, so we can reach as many new reviewers as possible.

Who can apply?

Anyone 18 or older with a United States shipping address. Employees of XYNE and our manufacturer, and their households, aren't eligible.

Do I have to agree to arbitration?

No. Section 21 of the agreement sends most disputes to individual arbitration, but you can opt out by emailing inquireall@xyne.health with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of approval. It's free, it doesn't affect your place in the program, and claims for personal injury or public injunctive relief are never covered by it anyway.

What happens to my address and email?

We ask for your shipping address by email after you're approved, so it isn't sitting on a form. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We do pass it to the partners who run the program — fulfilment to ship, Judge.me to host reviews, our email provider to reach you. Marketing email is a separate optional box; leaving it unticked changes nothing about your application.

Can I take my review back?

Yes. Email us and we'll remove it from our site and stop using your name or quote in any new marketing within 30 days. Anything already printed or already sent out may keep circulating — we can't recall that.

Still have questions? We'll answer them.
