Subscription and cancellation policy

How Subscribe & Save works

When you choose Subscribe & Save, we send you a tin of the formula you picked every month until you skip or cancel. Each tin holds 30 strips.

Your first subscription order is $20.00 per tin. Every order after that is $27.00 per tin, per month. A one-time tin, with no subscription, is $30.00. Shipping and any applicable tax are added at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you used at checkout for each monthly order, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You will get an order confirmation email each time an order is placed.

Skipping, changing or cancelling

You can skip an order, change your next order date or cancel your subscription at any time, online, from your account. Your order confirmation emails also link to your subscription. You do not need to contact us for permission. If you would rather, email inquireall@xyne.health and we will do it for you.

A change or cancellation takes effect for any order that has not yet been created. An order that has already been placed will ship, and follows our Refund policy.

Each formula is its own subscription. To switch formulas, cancel the one you have and start the one you want, or email us and we will move it across for you.

Price changes

If the subscription price ever changes, we will email you before the change applies to your next order, so you have time to skip or cancel.
