The 30-second version
- Bloom sells powders — Greens & Superfoods, Colostrum, Pre-Workout, Beauty Greens. Big on TikTok, flavour-forward, mixed into water or a smoothie. You need a shaker and something to drink it with.
- Xyne sells dissolvable strips — 11 formulas across energy, hangover, gut, bone, focus, sleep, iron, appetite balance, collagen, cognitive relax and intimate vitality. $29.99 for a tin of 30, about $1 a day. No water, no mixing, nothing to swallow.

What we're not going to tell you
Plenty of strip brands claim their format gets ingredients into you faster, or straight into the bloodstream, or past your stomach. We don't make those claims, and you shouldn't accept them from anyone else either.
A strip dissolves in your mouth and then goes down with your saliva, to be digested like anything else. So does a powder once you've drunk it. On speed and absorption, treat the two formats as the same. The honest difference is everything around that: no water, no mixing, no washing up, no powder taste, and a tin you can carry.
Where they overlap, where they don't
Bloom's line is mostly powders, with some chewables and capsules added later. Their best-known products are Greens & Superfoods, Colostrum, Pre-Workout and Beauty Greens. The positioning leans towards aesthetic wellness and a daily ritual, with flavour as part of the appeal.
Xyne is only strips. The closest crossover is Energy Strips against Bloom's Pre-Workout — both are taken by people who want a lift. Pre-Workout is a scoop of powder in a glass of water. Energy Strips are a strip with L-theanine, caffeine from green tea and vitamin B12, at about $1 a serving.
For the rest of Bloom's catalogue — Greens, Colostrum, Beauty Greens — Xyne has no direct equivalent. Those are broad daily-nutrition powders. Xyne strips are single-purpose.
Dose transparency
Greens powders in general. Multi-ingredient greens and superfood powders often group their ingredients into named blends, with one combined total instead of an amount for each item. If that matters to you, read the supplement facts panel of whichever product you're considering — Bloom's included — and see whether each ingredient has its own number.
Xyne. Every active has its own line and its own dose on the supplement facts panel. No proprietary blends anywhere in the range. Two of our formulas — Energy and Hangover — are still waiting on published amounts from our manufacturer, and until those are confirmed we don't print numbers for them rather than guess.

If you love your morning Bloom Greens, keep it — it's a perfectly good habit and nothing here is an argument against it.
