Sublingual delivery, end of debate.
Swallow a pill or chew a gummy and most of the active gets broken down by stomach acid and first-pass liver metabolism before it ever reaches your bloodstream. A sublingual film skips that entirely — actives absorb directly through the capillary-rich tissue under your tongue.
Translation: faster onset, smaller doses needed to reach the same effect, less product wasted in digestion.
Full effect in roughly 30 seconds. Capsules typically need 30+ minutes to dissolve, disperse, and pass through the gut.
No binders, fillers, magnesium stearate, or pill coatings. The pullulan film and the actives are the entire label — everything you take in has a job.
Direct absorption under the tongue means no first-pass loss, no swallowing, no water. The strip dissolves; the active goes straight to work.
What about the other formats?
- Capsules & tablets
- Slow onset. Filler-heavy to survive the gut. Can upset the stomach. Hard to swallow for some.
- Gummies
- Typically high in added sugar. Melt in heat. Dose drift is real — the candy matrix isn't precise.
- Powders
- Need water, measuring, and shaking. Often bitter. Not portable.
- Liquids & tonics
- Preservative-heavy. Easy to spill. Hard to dose without a measuring cup.
- XYNE strips
- Pre-dosed. Pocket-sized. Dissolves in 30 seconds. No water. No swallowing. No filler. Just the active.
The fine print, said plainly.
Each XYNE strip is designed in the USA and manufactured at a cGMP-certified facility specializing in sublingual delivery. The strip itself is pullulan — a plant-derived film. Most of our lineup is vegan; the two exceptions (Bone Support and Iron) are clearly labelled on their PDPs.
