  • Later research is mixed: some short studies suggest subtle, early effects on mood or processing speed; others show little. The overall human evidence base is still small and preliminary.

The honest framing: Lion's Mane has a plausible, traditionally-supported role in supporting cognitive wellness, with early human data and a lot of animal research.
