None of these figures is a measurement of a XYNE strip. A strip is a format, not a treatment for anything. Trouble swallowing is a matter for a doctor, and nothing here is offered as a remedy for it.
What it is instead
So we put the dose on a film.
A thin dissolvable film with the actives carried in it. There is no capsule around it and nothing to stir into a glass.

Rated 4 out of 5I have been taking these energy strips for a few weeks now, I love the idea of just popping a strip in my mouth and gaining energy. I much prefer a strip over an entire energy drink.
The flavor of the strips is great, I know it’s supposed to be a cranberry flavor, but for some reason I get a hint of cinnamon or spice in them which I like. The strips melt pretty quick, I do notice them sticking to the roof of my mouth often, but since they melt quickly it’s not a problem.
One thing I’m not a huge fan of is that the flavor of the strips really seem to linger in my mouth for awhile afterwards, so you definitely don’t want to take one right before eating.
I don’t really get a great increase in energy. I was hoping to feel it, but unfortunately I haven’t. I do feel like I get a little bit of a clarity boost from these strips though, which is great!
I love that the strips come individually wrapped in the tin, it’s clean and compact enough to throw in your pocket or a small bag.
Overall, these strips are definitely worth giving a try, I could just be an odd ball they don’t work well for. They’re a great idea and at very least you may just get a nice boost in clarity!!Read the whole review Show less

Is there sugar in a strip?
No sugar. Each formula is sweetened with stevia, and some also use monk fruit or sugar alcohols such as erythritol. Every panel names them.
How long does a strip take to dissolve?
About 30 seconds on your tongue, and that is true of all eleven formulas. There is no water in this story and nothing to swallow. How long it takes to dissolve is the only thing we will tell you about the format, because it is the only part of it you can watch happen.
What if I do not get on with them?
Unopened tins come back within thirty days for a full refund. If a tin turned up damaged, tell us and we will replace it or refund it.
