Supplement Brand Transparency: What It Looks Like
A transparent supplement brand shows you five things without being asked: every dose on the label, a lab result for each lot, the full ingredient list, a price that includes what happens after the first order, and the claims it refuses to make. If a brand shows all five, you can check it yourself. If it shows fewer, you are being asked to trust it.
1. Every dose on the label
Each active on the Supplement Facts panel should have its own amount. A proprietary blend gives one total for a group of ingredients, so you can see what is in the group but not how much of each. Twenty seven in a hundred supplement labels declare a blend.

2. A lab result for each lot
A general promise that products are tested is not a result. Look for a lab result that names a lot number and shows the amount the label claims beside the amount measured.
Our lab results are published per lot for all eleven formulas, each on its own product page. Tested by the manufacturer's laboratory. For example, Mushroom Focus Strips lot KJ112501 measured 105.3% of the Lion's Mane its label claims. Where a result carries a note, the note is printed above the table.
3. The full ingredient list
The Other Ingredients line holds the film, the flavor, the sweeteners and any "Contains:" statement. A transparent brand prints all of it and names each sweetener. Ours: no sugar. Each formula is sweetened with stevia, and some also use monk fruit or sugar alcohols such as erythritol. Every panel names them. Every XYNE strip is a pullulan film, and every ingredient in all eleven formulas is on our ingredients page.
4. A price that includes the renewal
If there is an introductory price, the renewal price and the way to stop should sit beside it. Ours:
$20.00 first order. Then $27.00/month. Skip or cancel anytime.
Unopened tins come back within thirty days for a full refund.
5. The claims it refuses to make
A brand's refusals tell you as much as its claims. Ours are: no speed claims, no comparisons we cannot back, no proprietary blends, no heroic doses, no invented reviews, no figure without a receipt.
How to check a brand in a minute
- Find the Supplement Facts panel and look for the word "blend".
- Look for a lab result with a lot number, the amount claimed and the amount measured.
- Read the Other Ingredients line to the end.
- Find the renewal price and the cancel terms.
- Read the front of the box and ask what each claim is based on.
How to read a Supplement Facts panel walks through step 1 in detail.
